At Get Pierced Co., we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and hygiene-sealed jewelry. Please note that for safety and health reasons, any earrings or body jewelry with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the items are securely cushioned.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
